About SSRA — Social Science Researchers Association

The Social Science Researchers Association (SSRA) is a Government of India MSME-registered academic body based in Tamil Nadu, dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary research, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and scholarly publications across Social Sciences, Commerce, Management, Humanities, and Education.

SSRA serves as a dynamic platform for scholars, educators, and practitioners, with a mission to promote intellectually rigorous and socially impactful research. It is committed to advancing interdisciplinary inquiry and strengthening the academic ecosystem through structured initiatives and collaborative engagement, including our academic events and FDPs. Our peer-reviewed SSRA Journal further extends this mission by providing a venue for high-quality, original scholarship.

Dr. V. Dheenadhayalan

Dr. V. Dheenadhayalan, President of the Social Science Researchers Association (Registered under MSME), is a distinguished academic leader with more than 27 years of experience in teaching, research, and institutional development. He currently serves as Associate Professor and Head of the PG Department of Commerce at Sri Subramaniyaswamy Government Arts College, Tiruttani, on deputation from Annamalai University. His academic foundation includes degrees from the University of Madras (B.Com., M.Com., M.Phil., Ph.D.), an MFM from Pondicherry University, and an MBA (Finance) from Annamalai University. He also holds diplomas in computer applications and statistical analysis, along with SLET and SET certifications.

Dr. Dheenadhayalan has authored over 133 international journal articles, 22 national papers, and 67 book chapters, and has guided 17 M.Phil. and Ph.D. scholars. His books and research contributions span finance, banking, income tax, and statistics. Notably, his article in Yojana was translated into nine Indian languages and archived in Parliamentary records. He has participated in 239+ national and international conferences and workshops, holds five patents, and served as Principal Investigator for a UGC Major Research Project. His editorial leadership includes board memberships in 16 reputed journals and the strategic curation of multi-volume academic publications.

A passionate educator and digital content creator, he delivers e-learning through his YouTube channel and has authored course materials for various university programs. His accolades include multiple national and international awards recognizing his excellence in teaching and research. Dr. Dheenadhayalan is a Life Member of several professional bodies and serves on the International Advisory Board of Scope Database. His mission remains clear: to elevate commerce education and empower future scholars through rigorous, accessible, and impactful academic work.

Dr. V. Sampathkumari, Secretary of the Social Science Researchers Association (Registered under MSME), is an accomplished Associate Professor in the P.G. & Research Department of Commerce at Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Arts and Science College for Women, Chennai. With an impressive academic career spanning over 24 years in undergraduate teaching, 17 years in postgraduate instruction, and 4 years of guiding M.Phil. scholars, she has established herself as a specialist in Corporate Accounting, Management Accounting, Human Resources, and Marketing.

She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce, M.Phil., M.Com., and SET—all earned with distinction. Her professional achievements include guiding three Ph.D. candidates, with more under her supervision, and authoring 50+ research publications in reputed UGC-CARE and Scopus journals on topics such as artificial intelligence in marketing, work-life balance, and digital consumer behavior.

Recognized for her excellence, she has received awards including the Young Achiever Award (2012), Best Senior Faculty Award (2025), and multiple honors for achieving 100% results. Since 2008, she has served in her current role, contributing as an external examiner, guest lecturer, and active participant in academic webinars, making her a highly respected figure in commerce education and research.
